Orienteering race 42:21 [5] *** 6.5 km (6:31 / km) +230m 5:32 / km
spiked:16/23c

British Elite Middle distance race. Hopwas. 3rd. had a really good run with only a few minor mistakes towards the end when i was getting quite tired. very fast area - i don't think i can run as fast as ralph and Kristian.
GPS said i ran 7.44k. so only a km extra.

slow run around the triangle with dad and mike. felt quite tired so won't go to athletics 2morow. big races at weekend.

warm up plus rest time - just standing around at start.

11*400m (90 sec rest) av. of 73 sec, fastest 68sec slowest 74sec.

biking in delamere with mike. did a few new jumps in delamere east. nothing too big tho.
