Sunday Jul 6

Biking along lanes with mike, took it easy. Checking my bike is working properly now it's been serviced. Didn't feel like going for a run today and couldn't think of an interesting session.

Saturday Jul 5

Was going to do hills with athletics but it wasn't on so did a longish run instead with mike. went up old pale on my own at the end. Why does it always rain on my long runs?

Friday Jul 4

Warm up and down (run to playing fields and back) plus rest distance.

Quentin suggested to do this session so did it at the playing fields to run on grass but it isn't very big so kept on running in circles.

Felt a little tired from yesterday's sprints but kept up a good pace, shame i couldn't see the pace on my GPS because of the interval session i programmed it to do there wasn't enough space on the screen.

Thursday Jul 3

did 33sec and 32sec for all of them. didn't like this session, most of the other boys were doing sub 30sec. Got tough towards the end with so little rest.

Run with uppsala map up to library, hadrians way then rest of triangle. got faster towards the end becasue i ran out of legs to plan.

Then warm down. Forgot GPS so don't know actual distance, but i enjoyed this session..quite easy after hard weekend.
