| Halkyn. Course length 8km. Made lots of mistakes in the control circle trying to find the control in the millions of little pits. Most controls i was not clean, i think if had concentrated more on making a route plan with a good attack point then it would have been a lot easier. The map isn't great but that is because it is impossible to mark everything in enough detail because there are so many pits. there were lots of long legs to throw you, my rough bearings weren't accurate enough on these, though it was hard to run in a straight line with all the little pits. | ||

29,30,30,31,31,30,31,31 seconds. got stuck behind people as normal because of too many people in my group. I don't think this is very good training for the oringen so i might not go to athletics on thursday and do something by myself which is longer and slower. Hopefully going to the lakes for a few days this weekend to do some mountain biking...cant wait. | ||
