lots of big mistakes on a course which i am easily capable of getting most things if not everything right.
This is the third year in a row now that i have been unable to orienteer in race situations. I orienteer well in training sometimes very well but it falls apart in races. It's time to get a grip I am a lot better than this.

Orienteering well upto 3 then took a risky and slower route to 4 and made a 10 min parallel mistake, i dont know what i was thinking, only concentrating on running after this hence lots of time lost throughout the course and hit the wall at 23. I thought i had eaten enough this morning, obviously not. very bad day.

Tricky sprint, didn't keep calm at all, lots of panicky moments got caught out a few times. No really major mistakes like previous JK sprints, still a lot to improve on.
