Orienteering race 1:18:31 [5] ***** 8.2 km (9:35 / km)
spiked:2/12c shoes: Walsh PB trainer new

Oringen day 5 - Lindvallen
Chasing start - Peter 45 secs ahead, Kris 1 min behind
Caught Peter on no1. and stayed with him until ~6.
Hit the wall at number 7 and could barely run. Blisters were really bad as well
Just about made it to the finish.
Peter was 58th and I was suprisingly 68th overall; not bad for walking half the course!
Annoyed though beacuse could have been a top 50 with a good race
Really enjoyed the week overall. Did much better than I expected on the back of 2 weeks illness.

GPS: 9.17km

Rest of race was really good - most disappointing day beacuse could have been pretty good. Kris did really well and came 12th.
