Note
(sick)

ok, wtf is up with my immune system.
this is the 3rd time i've been quite ill this term. even a small cold seems to go straight to my chest and hangs around for at least two weeks.
last term i only got freshers flu then was ill when i went back in january.
can't think of anything i've done differently this term. have been going out less overall. have done less training due to injury but still managing to get ill more often???????????????
tried to get antibiotics for the chest today but apparently it wasn't an infection so just have to stick to decongestants. also said not to train and go and see gp about the recurring illnesses. shitty nhs don't allow 2 gp's so have to wait til i'm back in shef to see someone about it. very tempting to keep training whilst ill - even at a low intensity??????
don't think I've managed 2 weeks of proper training yet since september due to illness/injury so not going well at all. just gonna have to keep up the core work for the time being til my body decides to work. this also means i have no excuse not to do any revision :(

Cycling 30:00 [3] 10.0 km (3:00 / km) +150m 2:47 / km

cycled to keep on running in attercliffe for a 3d foot analysis by asics. was pretty cool seeing your feet in 3D but the measurements were awful - it claimed one foot was size 10.5 and one 11.5 but in fact both are around 12. they reccommended some shoe for me but they didn't have my size. so went to accelerate instead where they were much more helpful. got an upgrade of the new balances.

right calf didn't like the roads at all. lots of streching but still feels tight. also a really sharp pain when i touch it by the bone. need to get in terrain more
