Good race; no big mistakes- went off line a few times.

Decided not to go to night event beacuse of my ankle. Did 18 hills at Sheets Heath instead. Kept them steady and worked hard on driving off the top of the hill.

Jog to Sheets Heath and back.

Decided to rest after tough weekend + ankle still hurts a bit. Hamstrings rellay tight so decided to do a bit of stretching.
