Didn't do much on the roads on Thursday so was going to go for a long-ish run. It was proper windy but started off strongly. Got into Goldsworth Park and felt pretty ill; pretty dehydrated. Pushed on to the canal but couldn't run any further so stopped. Walked towards home along the canal for ~10 mins then.....

ran from lockfield drive along the canal back home once I felt OK again. Wasn't running as fast but enjoyed the scenery

Finished college early and couldn't be arsed to wait until 6:30 to run at the club. So went out for a run on my own.

Tried out a new route up to bisley, back thorugh the heath along to vapery lane and back thorugh the cemetary

Legs were knackered from yesterday so wasn't going too fast.

Long run
Heath, canal, mytchett,mill lane, pribright and back along Brookwood
Kept a steady pace and managed to keep going with no stops.
Really nice day and a really nice run :)

15 mins of stretching after run; calves were pretty tight and right ankle was quite sore

Normal circuit; 45s on 15s off for 30 mins
Did some core stuff afterwards for 10 mins

Really tough session; was pushing pretty hard all the way through. Suffered a bit on the last two but good overall.
