shoes: Walsh PB Ultra Extreme

give it a go orienteering at limb valley
pretty crap area with loads of shite on the floor. Mapping was quite dubious in places
shadowed a fresher around he red course who did really well for a first timer
collecting in a few controls afterwards.

a bit quicker this time
went and did a loop of endcliffe and bingham parks
stomach was feeling a bit dodgy for some reason

really good fun; quite hilly
particularly liked the route through somerfield!

easy run with tom
we were heading for riveline but didn't quite make it. ended up at hallamshire golf club then went along redmires road, sandygate road, then back down past tapton.

quite hilly: sportracks plugin reckoned 164m climb but i think it was a bit more than that

early morning run with tom and shminty
nice to get out running
went down to endcliffe park then to bingham park. went up the hill to woofindin avenue then along to hanginwater road, passed some allotments back down to bingham, then back through endcliffe park.
