went out with the intention of doing something a bit faster but quads are still aching a lot. hoped they would ease off a bit but just had to keep it slow in the end. hopefully they'll be ok for tomorrow

did 6 full laps in the end. just about the right intensity for today.

was meant to be 20 mins of reps but knee was hurting so stopped at 17.
about 80% up, 60% down.
legs felt quite good at the start but got tired quickly as expected
this was probably the first proper training session in about 8 weeks so nice to be out running properly again. will book a physio appointment to finally try and sort out my knee as I don't think it's completely gone away.
