probably not the best time to do this being so close to the scottish but was the only time i could do
3 mins at 11km/h then increasing by 1km/h every 3 mins until lactate was over 4.

maximal test
started at 15km/h at 1% gradient then increased by 1% every minute
sort of knew i wasn't goign to go as far as last time because my legs were so tired
actually felt better than the lactate test
only managed 7 increases compared to 8 last time.
vo2 max increased though which is a good sign
