felt slightly better today but not great
was with ruairi for nearly all of the course. 1 big mistake at 15 meant I lost about 2 mins.
still managed to be the 1st counting England team.........

had a sore throat on thursday, was getting better on friday but by today it was awful
felt ok on the warm but could barely breathe whilst I was out there so just kept it steady
made a few small mistakes, generally quite scrappy
