to oli's to drop off a cheque. stopped off to get a new battery for HR strap in big tesco's - no luck. then tried morrisons - again, don't sell them. so thought I might as well try the tiny sainsburys by the arts tower on the way back- success!

shin/calf felt a bit dodgy. tried to stick to the grass as much as possible.

warm up/bar warm up
back squats 1*6*50kg, 2*6*60kg. 50's felt weird after not doing anything for a while but 60's felt better
dumbell lunge 15kg*3*10
dips, chins, press ups 4*12
reverse hypers 3*12
then some foam rolling - very painful
