then cycled to upper burbage bridge, down through the main track to fox house. then back along to lady cannings. down limb valley and back along eccy road. so much fun nailing it down through burbage. struggling on the uphills though. only downside is caught the bike on brambles in the garden and has mucked up the front gearing so need to sort that out now.
