more warm up with dave and rose around graves park. then a couple of laps warm down after. knackered.

first ever graves park parkrun.2nd behind schorah. pretty tough course with some deceiving climbs. mainly tarmac but bits of gravel, grass and a corner full of cow crap. pretty eclectic mix of highland cows, goats, llamas pigs, chickens through the farm so not your usual! set off steady and dave and carl got a gap. dave pushed on through the second lap to get a good lead. managed to take carl through the farm at the end and was reeling dave in but he had a comfortable lead. started a bit late as they were remeasuring the course - pretty sure its about 150m over though because both mapmyrun and schorahs gps agreed. quite pleased with time considering the last time I did anything above a jog was the endlciffe park run on 14th Jan.
