Had another run with skipoles at home track. I was a bit more prepared now - used same poles I use for classic and also tried protective/asfalt caps. Caps were bit slippery..
as expected, working with hands has immediate impact for heart rate.
Spent an evning at Keila health center,
did some light cycling @ 140 avg about 20 minutes and a
10 minute rowing session @ 140 avg
after that some sauna and swimming.
