Biking with the family. I sprinted up hills and then pedaled as little as possible for the rest of it to make the ride more interesting.

I may or may not be sick. I wasn't feeling very good this morning, but after I got food and fluids in me I started feeling slightly better. Although that could be the naproxen I took.

Split at halfway was 12:18. I tried to pick it up on the way back, but apparently didn't succeed. Quads were feeling a little tight, and something's wrong with my nose. However, it was my legs that were preventing me from going faster and not my cardio system, so that's good.

Feeling blah today. Might be that I'm actually sick, might be that I'm altitude sick. Had a headache that drugs wouldn't touch. Wanted to get out, but didn't. I'm probably going to go for a short hike with my family tomorrow, hopefully I'll be doing better.
