| I may or may not be sick. I wasn't feeling very good this morning, but after I got food and fluids in me I started feeling slightly better. Although that could be the naproxen I took. | ||

| Split at halfway was 12:18. I tried to pick it up on the way back, but apparently didn't succeed. Quads were feeling a little tight, and something's wrong with my nose. However, it was my legs that were preventing me from going faster and not my cardio system, so that's good. | ||
