Changed my interval sets 3.5 x4 . Felt awful during the warm up . Very breathless. But once I started the intervals the body seemed to come right!

Started off with good intentions and then the dog got nasty with an german shepherd! my interval got spiked and I went from 174 beats to 190 bloody dogs!

Racing at Topec. Quite a good race for me . One control took 10 minutes I think my attack point was all fucked up!
