haven't felt so good in ages, probably cause I've had an easier week, even had to detour at the end cause my two faster sets of 20mins had been so good I would have been 5mins short on time
my last summer series in auckland for a while, legs felt fine for the first time this week, finally!spent a bit of time at #1, had a chat to Karyn and went round the control a few times then eventually got on my merry way
nice cruise, still not feeling 100% but way better than yesterday, still struggling up the hills a bit, can't wait to go to Dunedin and run in some new places

guess on time, 6x up the hill from the bowling club, felt absolutly horrible, really dizzy and weird and not with it but finished them but almost blacked out on warm down, not good
