orienteering at gladbrook, quite a cool map, would be awesome if it was covered in trees. Pretty smooth until #8 which i'd drawn in the wrong place on my map, starting to get sick too so didn't want to push it too much but had to go reso fast to stay warm as it was 7degrees, just a little chilly with a horrible wind. Rest of the course was pretty sweet
went running with rhys, doug, tessa and claudia, up through the reservoir and up pinapple track to the top of flagstaff hill, legs hated it but as reece kept saying "feel the goodness", ended up with just rhys, doug and me which was really good cause it pushed me more, good to have fast boys to run with again
6x600m well what i thought was 600m, found a rugby field by chance at the very top of the botanical gardens, guessd i was doing about 600m and absolutely nailed myself on every single one, alomost vomited after the last one. Got an awesome run for saturdy planned, i can't wait!!
summer series, kindv hard to say that i was going for it the whole way cause all the downhills I had to go slow cause its so steep and covered in leaves, a bit short but otherwise quite good
scary scary run, wasnt going to go that fast but got really freaked out and basically raced home, at least now I know that it doesn't get light till 7 so when you go running at 6 there are still many creeps around in the dark
Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]
Running intervals 30:00 [5]
intervals with dave round the reservoir, he was only with me for the long ones but they were the ones i needed pushing on, 2x 3mins, 3x2mins, 4x1min, 5x30sec with half the interval time as recovery, good session
I love running in dunedin!mustv soent 15mins max on the road, cruised round up to the reservoir and throught the town belt, 3x9min tempo, felt really fast but would've been disapointed if I hadn't seeing as I had so many rest days, today is my livers rest day
