tennis for knox, INTENSE!!!had to play 3 sets for each game and took sooo long and then had to stay and support the team so completely ran out of time for a run. Good different kind of training though, and good at trying to not get distracted when stuff is being yelled at you through a megaphone, won eventually thank god

went up mt cargill and round some of the mountain bike tracks on the way back to take up some time, been lookjng at it all week and its been nice weather and today when I finally et the time its foggy!!!coudn't even see the top of the tower/metal thing but guess its just an excuse to go up there again, very glad of the thermal. Really wanna get a map of the running tracks to find out where some end up, also a bit weird my toes went numb on the uphill??kinda creepy not sure why

round reservoir, felt fine once I got going, need to find a better long route for tempo runs, ended up short on time and had to get to dinner anyway but don't want to have to run in circles for 5mins next time. Finally geting into the routine of long runs again, just gotta get home and go before I have time to consider whether I'm tired or not

went up signal hill, thought it would take way longer but went up and down in 45mins which included exploring some mountain bike tracks, just ran along roads and chingford park for a bit to take up some time, gonna rearrange my timetable so I can run midday and not in the dark

no glange, just really low iron, the doctor basically asked me how the hell I was even functioning, what can I say...I'm a machine haha nah just stoked its an easily fixable problem, good day

3x 9mins with 4min recovery, quite tired so didn't push 100%but still going hard, felt quite slow but found it easier to do them in the reservoir rather than round a paddock seeing as they were so long, stopped me getting bored

finally feel slightly normal after another massive sleep, went up flagstaff, decided to just take it easy and try to reach the junction to the top in an hour, quite pleased when I got there in 45mins and made it to the top in 55, stopped to have a look at the view, found out I climbed 6663m or ft, not sure?
