Orienteering 1:20:00 [3]
(sick)
so stoked with how this one went!!simplification exercise and james followed me. Really good to talk about what I was doing and wasn't doing and even though we were going pretty slow I managed to get most of the controls pretty sweet and felt fine for the whole thing. Naesby is my new love
Orienteering 20:00 [3]
mass start sprinty kind of thing in the forest with jamie collecting controls behind us as we went, really good pressure to get the control before it disappeared. Still feeling pretty slow and felt pretty crap to the first control but just slowed down a bit. Managed to finish at the same time as Ciaran and Jack so maybe my walking to uni everyday has helped my legs remember how to run and helps going a bit slower in Naseby. Absolutely knackered afterwards so didn't do the last exercise and slept the whole way home so just gotta be careful I don't push it too hard. Awesome weekend thanks to James

Orienteering 1:30:00 [2]
(sick)
walking round putting out controls with Tessa at Naseby. Really good to be doing something rather than sitting round all the time, frustrating not being able to run though especially when I feel fine now. Had a bit of trouble with one control but figured it out eventually
Orienteering race 20:00 [3]
sprint, thought I would try running for a bit of it seeing as I felt so good. Probably went a bit hard after so long off at the start cause felt kinda yuck about halfway so missed a couple of the easier controls and jogged. Felt fine doing that just a tad wobbly afterwards
