Running-off road long 1:10:00 [3]

felt petty crap today, just didn't get into any sort of rhythm, relised that I'd secretly been hoping I oculd get my fitness back and be the same level by JWOC but I don't think it's gonna happen but I'll do my best. FREEEZZZING today, meant to snow tonight so might wear a few more thermals tomorrow

Note

started snowing 10mins after I wrote that!!!very exciting for us, massive snowflakes, I knew it was cold. Meant to be way more overnight so tomorrows run should be fun, can't wait!

Running-off road warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Running-off road tempo 20:00 [3]

just chilled out, pushed up to speed I ran at comfortably before I got sick for first 10mins then felt pretty good so sped up to almost my usual tempo speed for last 10. Feeling really pleased with how my body is reacting to the training, so glad I can go running cause it's the only thing keeping me sane with all this study!

Running-off road long 1:00:00 [2]

AMAZING, stopped after 20mins to stretch sore legs after weekend and ultra slow but just so so good to be running again. Hopefully I feel this good tomorrow and I can keep doing my mini program until we leave

Orienteering race 1:08:00 [3]

I think that was my time, really cool forest on the map, wasn't such a fan of the open stuff but figured noone could go really fast in it so I wasn't going to be too disadvantaged for being slow, I was wrong, Lizzie went fast in it. The start was fine just taking it slow to be clean then ended up having about four controls in a row with martin, stuffed up #9 by 5mins and then Lizzie caught me and ran away from me. Died about #11 and plodded my way home from there
