so so cold, decided I'd man up and leave the warmth of the gym, regretted it within 5mins. The combination of early morning and no food, aching ears and hands from the cold and general unfitness did not make this very fun

on the treadmill, feet not used to orthotics and so blimmin unfit that that was all I could manage

at the gym after running, almost wimped out and cut it short but managed to keep going

at the gym as it was a bit too chilly for me outside, did 3mins on then 3mins off x 4. Was good but pretty shattered from stressful uni and very over it all, at least the end is sort of in sight!

Mental health day...so worth it, finally seem to have my skiing legs back and feeling pretty good!

Running shoes have finally arrived so can get into it!
