cruise around the reservoir, very nice. Accidentally interupted some mountain bikers photo shoot by running right through the middle and over the jump before I realised, whoops!
just at the gym, felt awful after no running for a while but on the plus side I recovered from being sick way faster than usual so am finally learning to look after myself!! Also hip niggle is gone thanks to the enforced rest so bring on next weekend!
wind sprints x 12, were good. So so windy and arms hurt more than anything from climbing yesterday. I like feeling faster but still going to get smashed in 2 weeks I think
