FVO night race, Tulliallan.

Avoided leaving central butterfly control at #1 towards #4, only to head off towards #6 instead! Realised quite quickly but it left me trailing off the back of the Tessa/Fraser/Roger pack ahead.
Sneaked past them all at #6 despite losing time myself, but then missed the central control at #8 despite having been there twice already, which let Rog catch back up.
Good to-and-fro thereafter, Rog was running a lot quicker but kindly kept reappearing....until the end when he cruised away by over a minute over the last couple.

GG and Daniel some way ahead with 35mins. Decent run round though despite the 3-4mins of time lost, all very enjoyable.

Average heart rate 123 - wasn't exactly pushing it but thought i was trying a little harder than that!
Not sure if this is a good or a bad thing....
