Good terrain workout with a biggish climb early on. Kept going okay and warmed up into it (especially once it got more downhill!). Nice sunny day and decent turnout. Fun.

Unsurprisingly a bit heavy-legged and pace/heart rate reflect that - although not as far down on last week's times as maybe expected.
