Walked up to the flag with MC then we both headed off separately for a run. Still feeling tired but went up to Carleatheran trig (it has been a while) and then back via the other cairn and huts (end of day so was trusting they would have stopped shooting by then...seemed to be the case!).

Night trail race, the first this year of Angela’s Trossachs Trail Series. Big big turnout of 180 people! Enjoyed it and somehow sneaked first V50 (edit: apparently not, second on the final results! Luckily prizes the same for both so no need to hand back..) to win some beer plus chutney and knitted hat both homemade by Angela!
Hazel first WV50 and Jamie second U20 so a nice haul all round :)
