Walk round North Third circuit. Surprised to find the bridge along south side of reservoir barred - it would surely have been no more effort to replace the missing planks than to put up three barriers across the bridge. Easy enough to climb round them anyway. :)

FVO summer sprint series, Cowie. First real exercise of any sort since the 6-Day and it felt like it! Took it fairly steady but legs heavy so no desire to speed up anyway. One locked gate necessitating change of route (#2) and one where I ran into a deadend (#12 I think, end of long leg).
