Not feeling too lively after two days spent sitting in a seminar room. But at least the rain was kind enough to stop whilst I was out there. Still nine weeks until Boston, maybe by then the wind will have dropped too.

Ochils intervals....improvement from my previous effort to join, as I only missed the first two reps this time!

Planned session had changed to hills alternating 2min and 90s, with jog back recovery. Legs a bit tired post-weekend to get the most from the session so didn’t feel the need to add the missing two reps on at the end :)
