SLMM MapRun 6hr Score, Howgills.

Got a window in the weather and had a great time out there. Took a chance on adding an extra control (and associated big climb) near the end so the final hour was under a lot of time pressure, made it back with 41secs to spare!

Knee seemed okay and main issue was nasty blisters on soles of both feet from early on, ouch.
