Woke up and it was virtually level on ‘average zones taken’ for the week in the Scotland vs Skane challenge (week end is 11am Sunday). Nipped out to grab a few zones to do my bit...overall the Scotland score was climbing impressively quickly but sadly the Skane score rose slightly faster...

Orienteering on the moorland at Touch. All a bit lackadaisical to start with, had to stop after a couple of km and tell myself to do the rest with a bit more focus if I wanted to get home in good time!

Then a bit of turf action round Stirling.

Turfing round west Stirling, mix of heavy rain, hail, and periods of pleasant sunshine. A pause to take a call at one point, another when my phone died in the cold for a while.

Stronger group this week, rode together pretty well and hard from outset, the turns on the front were mostly down to 30s each from about halfway. Full effort in the last part. Too cooked at the end to warm down.
