Totally too hot to be anywhere but indoors. For awhile I thought I was going to die of heat stroke. Also, today was a total no-brainer...as in, where did I misplace my brain? It sure wasn't out on the course with me.

Rocky Ridge. SLOW! Actually about half run/half walk. TOO HOT!!!

Rocky Ridge trails 1 & 8. Includes some walking also (that's why the time is so slow) because I can't get the MTB to shift into low gears. Wiped out once. Also, note to self: Bike first. Eat lunch second. Avoid "decorating" any more trails.
