orienteering 31:29 [1]1.2 km (26:14 / km)
Hanging controls & streamering
orienteering 1:45:32 [3]4.5 km (23:27 / km) +150m 20:06 / km
Hickory Run, Green. Screwed up majorly on the first 2 controls, but after that things got a lot better. I reeeeally don't think this will ever be one of my favorite maps though.

Green - Splits

Saturday Sep 21

orienteering 29:21 [1]0.75 km (39:08 / km)
Hanging Night-O controls
orienteering 1:07:05 [3]2.64 km (25:25 / km) +50m 23:13 / km
Hickory Run Night-O, Intermediate. Things sure do look different in the dark.

Intermediate - Splits

Thursday Sep 19

walking 31:05 [1]2.0 mi (15:31 / mi)
Just goofing off at Rocky Ridge. Distance is approximate...I was bored so I went up there and just kinda wandered all over the place.

Tuesday Sep 17

hiking 37:06 [3]2.5 mi (14:49 / mi)
Wm. Kain Park. Trail 1. I thought it would be easier than it was, actually. Beginning steep switchbacks with LOTS of climb (providing a nice view though), a hot open section, then gentle descent through mature pine woods to the lake.

Monday Sep 16

trail run 45:44 [3]3.5 mi (13:03 / mi)
Rocky Ridge trails 8 and 4, and the road back to the lot. I'm really at a loss of how to classify these latest workouts, since they usually start as running and end up as walking, or else the other way around. But this one started out as a run, so a run it'll be.
