After yesterday, my legs look like I was in a knife fight.

Woke up feeling really shitty and was worried about the black plague going around at the office, but apparently it was just a result of stuffing myself with food and beer last night and then not getting enough sleep.

Greenbelt, Green course. Feeling pretty decent, a few mistakes, not bad for a first real outing of the season. Weather was beautiful! Probably negated any calorie-burning though, at the Super Bowl party tonight.

At work today we had people from a local spa come by and do free chair massages :-) It was totally excellent. My back and shoulders are not tight for once.

Signed up for the gym. Now I just have to drag my butt out there a couple times a week. At least it is pretty much right around the corner from work. Packed up a gym bag. Trying on my running clothes was scary. My scale is not always super accurate (or else there are major gravitational fluctuations localized to the area of my bathroom). But I didn't need it to tell me that my weight is approximately... a lot more than it was when I bought those clothes. Doh.
