biking 35:00 [3]
(injured)

Around the island to various hiking trails. At the second stop I managed to break the key off in my lock, thankfully it was locked to itself around the frame of the bike while I was riding and not attached to the bike rack at the time. Left bike sitting a few times then, no one bothered to steal it. And I have a spare key here at home so I can get the lock off as long as I can get the end of the key out of it. (Or cut it off, it's not a real good one)

hiking 1:00:00 [2]

Various nature trails and parts of the bay side on Assateague

ROC US Ultra-long Champs - Rattlesnake Hill - Green Y (F-Green)

1st in class and 10/24 on course, beating some people I wouldn't expect to beat. I guess slow and steady does it sometimes.

Rolled my ankle hard on the way in to the finish (it popped disgustingly), but after a few minutes of pain it seemed ok the rest of the day. Iced it when I got home 6+ hours later but now it is huge. Blaugh.
