This helps the most for sure. But the effects don't last.

Scheduling a massage needs to be soon. I think it will help to know tight muscles aren't pulling other things out, anyway.

Pain started as weird calf knot feeling, then moved up into thigh/butt, then went away except for the occasional twinge during last 1/3 or so up long but gradual hill.
