stretching 13:00 [1]

It's been obnoxious amounts of rainy out lately, which puts a bit of a damper on going out to walk.

Have been reading a lot on what else to try. Trying to sit differently (I've always been a terrible sloucher, so I put my seat back more upright, and also sit with legs crossed almost 100% of the time. Affected leg is always the one on top, and I've read that can stretch and irritate the muscle. Sitting with both feet on floor seemed to help today, but it will take a few days to see if there's any real difference. (And this is hard! My body wants to go back to what it always does automatically.)

That spot in the calf again, and slightly in butt towards the end

stretching 13:00 [1]

This helps the most for sure. But the effects don't last.

Scheduling a massage needs to be soon. I think it will help to know tight muscles aren't pulling other things out, anyway.

Stretching before vs after. Didn't seem to make any kind of difference.

walking 15:23 [1] 1.0 mi (15:23 / mi)

Mostly just that niggling calf again.

Nooooooooooo why did QOC have to add a fun Morven Park event? I was mostly OK with not being super tempted by anything in the next few weeks.
