road run 34:19 [5] 5.0 km (6:52 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel-Excite 3

Daylight Saving Dash. Slow compared to last year. It was still a little windy out but not too bad, and I don't think that affected my time.

135/208 overall
57/109 female
10/20 F 30-39

walking 23:45 [1] 2.5 km (9:30 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel-Excite 3

I walked one more time around the course (the race was two laps) for cooldown.

Inside so I don't blow away. Then massage chairs. Racing tomorrow morning so didn't want to do much anyway. Hopefully the wind calms down overnight.

Lesson on Shorty. And the first time in several weeks that I haven't felt like a total mess while riding.

Didn't really feel like it (some things on my mind right now) but it was nice out and I made myself go right after work and get it done. X-Files tonight made me feel better too :-)

C25K Week 1 Day 1 just for structure. Not pretty, but something. Found a small new (mainly paved) trail in what I thought might have been a private HOA park but turned out to be owned by a township. One end went down around some houses and out by a cemetery. The other end goes between the rows of houses then up a hill into the woods, flattens out for a bit up in the trees between neighborhoods, then continues up and ends at a road. Unfortunately I seemed to hit these hills during every run period and after the large hill, ending at the road turnaround, I felt a little lightheaded, but was fine after the walk break and heading downhill. Overdressed for the weather too.
