Humbug Bustle 5K - a return to the original course this year (the past few years it has gone in the opposite direction on the trail)

But, my slowest time ever for this race :( Gym not paying off quite yet, if it even will, or maybe I shouldn't have done any running last night even though I kept it light. They did have chip timing, but the results only list gun time, so I do think I was really about 20 seconds faster than this, which would make 2016 my slowest.

I ran the entire first half, then my ab area started feeling really weird/sore, and I alternated walk/run on the way back and it stopped hurting. My left hip and lower back has been bothersome lately as well, so I hope sciatica isn't making a return.

Missed yesterday - was away all weekend and exhausted when I got home, plus the gym had closed at 7 while I was still at the grocery store.
