The lazy (but colder) way out. Mostly because I got a decent parking spot and didn't want to move my car again to go to the gym. Police have been at apartments across the street all day. Curious about what's going on. Our water was also out earlier for a while (which I may not have even noticed, except my neighbor rang my doorbell quite exuberantly in order to ask.)

Ran the first 10 minutes in my typical pattern.

The second 10 minutes, stayed at a walking pace and instead increased the incline by 1 every minute, then came back down.

The last 10 minutes, alternated walking 1 minute and running 1 minute with the running segments getting progressively slower.
