shoes: Brooks Ghost 11

Different intervals - 10 minutes of 1 min @ 4.0, 2 min @ 6.0

repeat both
then walking out the last 5 minutes

Sunday Jan 13 #

2 PM

manual labor 15:00 [1]

Another kind of ridiculous day, but I ended up doing hours worth of housework so I figure I can count a little bit of that.

Saturday Jan 12 #

5 PM

walking 17:20 [1] 1.0 mi (17:20 / mi)
shoes: Skechers D-Lites

The lazy (but colder) way out. Mostly because I got a decent parking spot and didn't want to move my car again to go to the gym. Police have been at apartments across the street all day. Curious about what's going on. Our water was also out earlier for a while (which I may not have even noticed, except my neighbor rang my doorbell quite exuberantly in order to ask.)

Friday Jan 11 #

6 PM

gym - stairmaster 15:00 [4]
shoes: Brooks Ghost 11

718 steps

gym - strength/weights 20:00 [3]

Thursday Jan 10 #

7 PM

horseback riding (english) 1:00:00 [1]

Lesson on Shorty

Wednesday Jan 9 #

6 PM

gym - stationary bike 40:00 [2] 8.22 mi (4:52 / mi)

Tuesday Jan 8 #

6 PM

gym - treadmill 30:00 [3] 2.11 mi (14:13 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Ghost 11

Ran the first 10 minutes in my typical pattern.

The second 10 minutes, stayed at a walking pace and instead increased the incline by 1 every minute, then came back down.

The last 10 minutes, alternated walking 1 minute and running 1 minute with the running segments getting progressively slower.
