Right knee (usually the better of the two) has been feeling clicky when climbing stairs or hills for a little while now. It doesn't hurt, just feels like something popping in and out (not audibly) each step. It doesn't bother me when moving flat or downhill, even running. Research seems to suggest it can be a small meniscal tear or tendon swelling. This has happened with the other one before and then gone away, so we'll see if it clears up on its own or becomes an issue.

QOC Patapsco Hilton - Green

Trails were removed from the map, and I'm not usually a big fan of that, but our course was in an area that still had a ton of linear and other big features. It also allowed controls to be used which might normally be white or yellow controls at best, right next to the trail.

I did not make any big errors (was a little off on about 3 of the controls but could see them from where I was and didn't lose substantial time) and I felt pretty strong until the very end of the course. A decent start to the season.
