Shorter running segments, but more speed.
Surprisingly, covered about the same distance even though a lot more of the time was walking.
Walked 2 min at 4.0, then ran 1 min at 6.0
Repeated this, going up 0.5 each running segment to 8.0
Then back down.
By the end, what was previously my fastest speed on the treadmill felt like a slow lope.
