shoes: Solomon XA Pro 3D (Black)

Ran the 6 mile loop at Eddie Jones, followed by two quarter mile fartlek's on the most technical section. Half mile cool down. Felt good, but legs a bit heavy from the track work out. Heavy rain and winds from the Hurricane! Fun stuff!
