Orienteering race 1:25:38 [4] 7.4 km (11:34 / km)
Uuugh. Blue course at Skipwith. Still pretty tired from yesterday and was faced with a long blue across a tussocky marsh area. By the time I'd got half way round and reached the easier running I was shattered!
