MK and I did the Skull Valley loop out of Prescott today. Hardest climb was the first 7 miles out of town. The climb out of Skull Valley was beautiful and not as difficult as I expected. A must do ride.

Guided Salome with Bruce today. Took out 5 people including the Forest Service permit manager. Funny thing, got to the rappel and there's a guy rigging his dog to rap down. So I go down the waterfall and there's two more dogs down there that already rapped down with their owners. Crazy.

South Mountain intervals from the Y to Telegraph. Warmed up from the Ranger Station out San Juan and back. Then did 10 min intervals, standing for 15 strokes at every 2 minutes with 10 minutes recovery between each. Did 3 intervals.

Legs felt really good and much stronger after last weekend's rides.

Rode the Classic from the house with BT and Cody. Legs were really tired so I turned off at Pima Canyon and took the road back. Quads are done.
