Sunday Jun 29

Cycling long 3:25:00 [4] 52.8 mi (3:53 / mi) +116m 2:24 / km
ahr:131 max:182 slept:6.5 shoes: Pearl Izumi
Sunday morning GABA ride. Body felt pretty good, but still not recovered from RTR. Much faster pace then the Saturday rides. Got dropped at about 25 miles in moving at 27-28 mph. Legs just couldn't hold that speed. Looking forward to recovering and getting faster.

Pretty wiped out the rest of the day. Figure it was due to the heat. Ride started at 6:30 am, but didn't seem early enough.

Friday Jun 27

Hiking 1:59:07 [3] 7.0 mi (17:00 / mi) +389m 9:01 / km
ahr:118 max:173 shoes: Salomon XT Wings
Ran from the house up Telegraph to the bench halfway up (18:36) then switched to hiking. Hit the road at 27:14. Ran down Kwainis a bit until meeting up with MK, Jen and Ryan. Hiked back up to do the National/ Ranger loop to the Kwainis trailhead. Ethan fire was burning strong in the West throwing out lots of smoke and ash.

Thursday Jun 26

Mountain Biking 1:49:47 [3] 14.0 mi (7:49 / mi) +218m 4:39 / km
