Rode the Length of Lindsey this morning with the GABA group. Brian and Greg came out and rode the long loop with me. HR mostly in Zone 2 until a few sprints at the end.

South Mountain - rode out San Juan and back for a warm-up, then 3 min intervals up towards Telegraph with 3 min of rest in between. Did 4 sets before having to stop early for the hike.

Brick Workout. Hiked up Alta with the StrengthLab group. Went out the ridge for about 20 min before turning around. Body was really tired at the end.

StrengthLab group hike at South Mountain. Started t Pima Canyon and did the "Ring the Canyon" loop with heavy, race pack. Mark O'Brien came out and put the miles in.

Worked teambuilding event for 360 today at Cardinals Stadium. Spent about 1:20 straight doing sprints marking balls for the longest pass/punt competition.
