| Started at Ike, went down and touched the river (Literally) near north dock, Started up to the top, went by trophy point, Delafield Rd, then went cross country up to the road and then up.
Felt pretty good overall, legs burned too much to attempt to raise heart rate more, Knee was bugging me a little bit at the beginning, was just a little stiff from yesterday's workout.
After I reached the tower I went and ran out about 2:40 in the woods just behind the tower, Saw 5 controls (Two weeks are running). Also saw two permanent controls w punches.
Started coming down, saw two running up to the tower, also saw a Sandhurst group doing a litter carry up near the water treatment plant.
Came down through the woods West of the Jewish Chapel, saw one mil control. Also two weeks is running.
Good run, felt good, I will keep this run as a high option, will look into different routes just to see what will happen to the distance and total time. |
