Went out for a short run, flirty, a little up and around to make it weird and loopy

The raspberries are out and tasting good.

I decided to run through the woods for a second, scared up a deer that went running toward some raspberry pickers and barely went around them... oops...

Did an APFT for air assault school. went for about 80pt value on the first two events, then did an 11:50(PR) on the run.

Ran it with MAJ Campbell and he gave some advise on it afterward.

Went out for a run in the middle of the day. (Hot and Really sweaty) Good run but I was not really feeling too strong during any of it. I know the hill didn't help but I was a little slow and weak feeling. Airborne school was not kind to my endurance fitness. I guess I will just have some work cut out for me until August.
